Bridges to Housing Stability is Hiring a Parttime Case Manager (Housing Advocate)
Housing Advocate – A small nonprofit organization that assists
homeless households and those at risk of homeless is hiring a part
time case manager. In search of a committed, multi-skilled human
service professional who can use empowerment approach to
directly assess, coach and support households to progress toward
achievable goals. Requires a well-organized team player with
empathy, energy, creativity, excellent communication, networking
skills and faith in people. Flexibility and professionalism are a
must. Minimum bachelor’s degree in social work or related field,
plus 5 years human service experience working with low income,
multi-challenged families and individuals. Part-time 20 hr a week
position includes some evenings. Local day time travel is required
therefore must have own reliable transportation. Competitive
