We will share ideas on how to teach the historical background to the Aeneid,
looking particularly at Jupiter's speech in Book 1 and the Parade of Heroes in
Book 6.

work together.
B2:
The Primary School Latin Explosion with Linda Soames
A chance to find out about the exciting developments with Latin in primary

Key Stage 2, how is the Classics community maximising this opportunity? We shall
look at the work of the Primary School Latin Project and the Minimus course, the
role of Classics for All and other initiatives involving universities and senior
schools. This will be an open discussion with an opportunity to share your
thoughts and experiences too.
