I learned also to maintain immortalized cellular lines, transfect, generate stable lines of transgenic lines and perform reporter gene assays. I learned how to purify primary myeloid murine cells. Recently I learned how to isolate,mantain in culture and differentiate primary human stem cells of different origin. I can perform FACS staining and acquire sample with FACS CANTO and FC500 Beckman Coluter. I am able to perform an RNA in situ hybridization on fixed tissues and I have basic knowledge of IHC and immunofluorescence. I can organize and handle murine colonies, perform intra-peritoneal and intra-muscolar injections, basic surgery and generate transgenic animals. Thanks to laboratory experience, I became completely work autonomous, I learned to write scientific texts and to project experiments and research lines of under-graduated and graduated students.
