WEDDING ANNIVERSARY –
In 1965 here at St. Mary
Parish, 21 weddings were witnessed
and celebrated. Although we've lost
track of all but three, let us pray for
all 21 couples married here that year - for those
celebrating with family members this year, those
remembering the day in widowhood, and those that
may be healing from separation. Let us pray too for
our one couple preparing for marriage here this
year, and another preparing for St. Joseph Parish
in Cuyahoga Falls, Alicia Crookston and Nathan
Revesz.
On Sunday, July 26 at 2:30pm Bishop
Lennon will celebrate a Mass at the Cathedral for

Dear Community of St. Mary,
Pastoral Council meets tomorrow at 6:30pm
in the former rectory. Christine Alexander is a new
member. We are reading the book "Forming
Intentional Disciples" as a way to add meat to the
vision of evangelizing our parish neighborhoods.
A proposal from St. Bernard Council is to
offer here jointly, Tetelestai; a musical production
on the Passion of Christ presented in churches
during Lent. It can be an attractive and ecumenical
way to invite people to St. Mary with a focus on our
mutual love the Lord.
Let us pray for one another in the coming
week especially for discernment.
Fr. Dan
