Foster’s Body & Paint 305 East Oak Street, Santa Maria, CA 93454 805-922-6191 December, 2014 Christmas Tree Cake Pops Ingredients: -1 (18.25 Ounce) Package Cake Mix of Your Choice -1 (16 Ounce) Container Frosting of Your Choice -4 Cups of Green Candy Melts -Sprinkles of Your Choice -Paper Lollipop Sticks -Styrofoam or Other Stand to Hold Cake Pops Preparations: 1.) Prepare the cake mix according to package directions. 2.) When the cake is done, crumble while still warm into a large bowl, and stir in the frosting until well blended. 3.) Form the cake mixture into cone shapes. 4.) Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted candy, then insert sticks a little more than halfway through each cone. 5.) Insert the tree pops into your stand and place them in the refrigerator until firm. 6.) Warm the green candy melts until fully melted, careful not to burn them. 7.) Dip the entire tree in the green candy melts. 8.) Use sprinkles to decorate the trees. 9.) Place the tree pops into your stand and let dry at room temperature. Enjoy your tasty Christmas tree pops!
