OUTSOURCING OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS IN
CITY DISTRICT RAWALPINDI, GUJRANWALA, FAISALABAD, MULTAN AND
TEHSIL MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION SIALKOT & BAHAWALPUR
1.
Scope of Work:
The main scope of work includes Solid Waste Collection & Transportation, Mechanical
Sweeping & Manual Sweeping and Mechanical Washing Services in their respective cities.
This also includes sweeping of main roads, squares and streets which are included within the
area of city districts by using mechanical vehicles, washing them with mechanical vehicles,
manual sweeping and collection of municipal solid waste generated within the borders of
respective CDGs and their TMAs and transportation to solid waste disposal sites or transfer
stations.

Application Procedure:
Pre-qualification is open to all National and International companies, their joint ventures and
partnerships who have national and international experience. Applications may be submitted
for pre-qualification for the above services.

website www.lwmc.com.pk or obtain the prequalification documents from the office of the

document available on website is only for information purpose. Applicant must purchase the
approved prequalification documents from the Consultant.

Solid Waste Collection & Transportation, Mechanical Sweeping & Manual Sweeping and
Mechanical Washing Services for City District Government Faisalabad. The documents are
available for a non-refundable fee of Pak Rs. 25,000 for Domestic Applicants and US$500
for International Applicants.
The prequalification document, if requested by mail will be promptly dispatched by
registered mail. The cost of mail is. Rs.2,000 for Domestic Applicants and US$200 for
International Applicants. This expense will be borne by the Applicants. The Employer and
Consultant will not be responsible for late delivery or loss of the document so mailed.
The prequalification document can be purchased by post subject to the deposit of fee for
prequalification document in the account of the Consultant. The request letter for issuance of
prequalification document shall be communicated to the Consultant by fax or post at least
seven days prior to the last date for submission of the prequalification application along with
the receipt showing that the document fee has been deposited in the account of the
Consultant. The Consultant will send the documents within three days from receiving of such
request to the address given in the request.
The purchase fee for the prequalification document will be deposited in the bank (Dollar
