Cancellation by Enrollee
Land Services. Cancellation of tour land services must be received in writing (email is
OK) by Anglatin Ltd. Cancellation charges will be assessed as follows: 1) $500 if cancellation notification is received sixty or more days before departure, 2) seventy percent of the full tour price if notification is received less than sixty days before departure and 3) one hundred percent of the full tour price if notification is received less than thirty days before departure. Refunds will be made within ninety days following the tour. There will be no refund if enrollee abandons the tour or chooses not to utilize specific services. No refunds will be made for transfers, city tours, or other services
(including meals, accommodations or transportation) not taken.
Cancellation by Anglatin Ltd.
Anglatin Ltd. has the right to cancel this tour if: 1) in the opinion of the principals, such cancellation is warranted or becomes necessary in particular reason of any unforeseen natural circumstances, and/or 2) less than twenty persons have enrolled and paid deposits by sixty days before departure.
Responsibility of Anglatin Ltd.
Anglatin Ltd. contracts services as agent of the tour enrollee, and shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregular additional expense or liability occasioned to any person or property howsoever caused or arising whether due to the act of neglect, default or otherwise of any such person or their agents or resulting directly from acts of God, dangers, incidents of the air, land or sea, fire, insurrections, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs or other regulations, delays and cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules or over booking, improper or insufficient passport, visa or other travel documents, or by any other cause. Further,
Anglatin Ltd. shall not be liable for or responsible for any disappointment, distress, vexation or loss of enjoyment arising from any act or omission whatsoever. Anglatin
Ltd. shall not be liable for loss or expense arising from any statement, advice or recommendation made by a tour guide or any other employee, and shall not be responsible for any business or commercial decision made by any person as a result of any such statement, advice or recommendation. Anglatin Ltd. reserves the right to decline to accept any person on any tour.
Responsibility of Enrollee
Enrollee is responsible for arranging and carrying all necessary travel documents and for compliance with all customs and immigration regulations. Enrollee will be responsible for all personal expenses, including entertainment, theater and movie tickets, non-organized meals, long distance communications, local transportation and other travel during the tour. Enrollee is solely responsible for any costs arising out of voluntary or involuntary withdrawal from this tour prior to its completion, including withdrawal caused by illness or disciplinary action. Enrollee releases Anglatin Ltd. and its agents from any and all liability for travel delays, accidents, illness, or any loss, damage, or injury to herself/himself or property during participation in the tour. Enrollee will provide her/his own health and accident insurance protection while participating in this tour. In the event of an emergency, injury or illness to enrollee and enrollee is unable to grant permission for treatment, enrollee authorizes Anglatin Ltd. or its agents to secure necessary treatment including the administration of an anesthetic and surgery, and enrollee understands that such treatment shall be solely at the enrollee’s expense.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. In the event of an emergency, injury or illness, travel insurance will cover treatment, care, emergency ambulance service, evacuation to your home as well as other services such as lost baggage.
