How Does Our Meeting Work? I am a member : I could practice any roles in a regular meeting with instruction from manuals. There is no instructor in a meeting. Instead, members evaluate one another’s presentations. This feedback process is a key part of the program’s success. Apart from that, I am eligible to join the educational training , contests and any activities organized by TM. I am a guest : I could participate in the Table Topic Session to give a impromptu talk within 12mins.
