- Head of glass furnace section at Pearl glass group (September 2009Present) in 6th October city-Egypt.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitor furnaces performance.
- Decide and maintain process parameters of furnace to produce good
quality of glass.
- Planning & maintaining furnace operations as per required pull.
- Tuning the Forehearths and Channels as per forming requirements.
- Adjusting Combustion Profiles and Control.
- Studying Optical temperature profiles and making adjustments.
- Maintain Gas to glass ratio on furnace at optimal level.
- Monitor the scheduling and execution of events regards colour changes of
glass with in timelines.
- Identify and resolve glass defects during production (Seeds ,Thermal
