Hélène Seiler
Hélène is a leadership coach with has over 25 years of experience in organization and leadership
development and talent management. She has been coaching and training executives since 2001. Hélène
is bilingual in English and French and has worked and lived in North America, Western Europe and
South East Asia. She is a permanent resident of Malaysia where she lives with her family.
Since 1997 she has led Helsei Consulting LLC, a boutique HR consulting firm. Helsei Consulting LLC
operates out of Malaysia for global organizations since 2009. From 1989 to 1997 she was an organization
development and strategy consultant, most notably with A.T. Kearney.
As a leadership coach, Hélène conducts 12 to 18 months individual coaching programs for senior
management in global organizations. The coaching program is grounded in a rigorous assessment of the
leader’s style and skills including psychometrics, 360 and shadowing. Hélène is certified to deliver
MBTI, Firo B, CPI, Work Place Big 5, Baron EQ, Conflict Dynamic Profile and Benchmarks.
As a facilitator, Hélène develops and conducts women leadership development programs for global
organizations. For this purpose she co-founded a company, At Work With Women Leaders Pte, in 2013.
She is also one of the few facilitators worldwide who teaches mentoring skills for leaders.
As a talent management strategist, Hélène developed pre-boarding, a proprietary recruiting process to
select and on-board executives in 2007. From 2003 to 2008, in partnership with the Five O Clock Club,
she ran job search action-learning workshops and individual career coaching sessions for retrenched
senior management. Hélène co-authored a book on job search techniques, “For Executives Only”,
published in 2007, and is featured in their most recent publication: “Work Smarts”. She continues to
outplace top executives on demand for international organizations.
Hélène Seiler holds the highest certification level of Master Certified Coach with the International Coach
Federation since 2007. She is a Board Certified Coach with the Center for Credentialing and Education
since 2012. She holds a Master of Science in Management with HEC School of Management since 1987,
as well as a Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching with Newfield Institute since 2010. She obtained
a Diploma in Coaching Supervision with Coaching Supervision Academy Ldt in 2014.
She has been an Associate of the Center of Creative Leadership since 2005 and a mentor coach since
2012. From 2009 to 2011, she served on the executive Board of the Association of Asia Pacific Coaches.
Since 2010 she serves on the Board of the International School of Kuala Lumpur as Chair of the Talent
Committee.
