 Investigating the effects of Ift88 knockdown on primary cilia and cyst formation in a mouse model of PKD.
Developmental and Regenerative Engineering Lab, Medford, MA. September 2013 – May 2015
 Identified behavioral differences between the inflammatory responses of embryonic and adult tendon cells.
 Designed a mechanical bioreactor to apply static load to embryonic tendons and engineered constructs.
 Created a program to objectively measure the optical strain applied to a tendon by a mechanical bioreactor.

 Developed a method to reduce antibody interference in quantitative PK immunoassays to enhance accuracy of
drug quantification in treated patients.
