Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort, Óbidos, Portugal has been awarded the title of
Portugal's Best Golf Course at the World Golf Awards 2015.
The World Golf Awards ceremony was held in the Algarve, on the evening of
Saturday, the 7th November. This global initiative aims to celebrate and reward
excellence in golf tourism, world class courses and golf destinations. The voters were professionals working within the golf travel and tourism industry – senior executives, travel buyers, tour operators, agents and media professionals – and golf tourism consumers. World Golf Awards is part of World Travel Awards, "the
Oscars of the travel industry".
This award acknowledges the uppermost standards of Royal Óbidos Spa &
Golf Resort golf product and excellence of service delivered to every guest.

Golf, design and e magnificent views
Located a mere 45 minutes from Portugal’s capital city of Lisbon, on Portugal’s west coast, Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort is situated in a privileged location nestling between the Atlantic Ocean and Óbidos Lagoon, offering truly astonishing views throughout.
