(instrument, analysis, communication to staff, etc) The Career Center Team responsible for delivering these educational efforts reviewed the curriculum, assessment instruments and processes to further refine the delivery/assessment of these learning outcomes to enhance the delivery cycle of these workshops during the 09/10 Academic Year. Some changes have been made to the current assessments. The new assessments will be utilized in 10/11. Team discussions have taken place to determine the best way to get feedback on the learning outcome areas. For FY09/10 the early bird pass was not offered as an incentive to attend a Job Fair Success Workshop. The following question was still included on the career fair evaluation to assess the self-identified application of the knowledge gained from the Job Fair Success Workshop: If you attended a workshop to prepare you for this program, you felt the knowledge you gained contributed to your success in interacting with the employers? 50% Agreed or Strongly Agreed that the knowledge gained in the workshop contributed to their success at the career fair. The numbers served and therefore surveyed has dropped significantly by removing the incentive. It is noted that in the learning outcome surveys some students will complete the pre-survey but fail to complete the post-survey affecting the final results. .
