ThinkWY Road Scholars Tours Application
Tour Summary
ThinkWy Road Scholars Tours scholars and host or location organizations are encouraged to collaborate and
submit tour requests early. Tours will be booked on a first come first served basis. Tours will not be booked after
funding has been depleted.
Complete applications must be submitted electronically to sheila@thinkwy.org . A complete application
includes a completed tour summary plus complete host organization forms for each participating host or location
organization submitted together in a single email. Partial tour applications will not be accepted.
Tour applications and paperwork are processed after noon on Wednesday of each week. The first event date in a
tour must take place no less than five weeks after the Wednesday afternoon following the date of submission.
Applications submitted before noon on Wednesday are calculated from that date. Applications submitted after
noon on Wednesday are calculated from the following Wednesday.
Application submissions must be copied to scholars, host organization and/or location representatives
participating in the tour.
A lead host or location organization or a ThinkWy Road Scholars Tours scholar may submit the complete
application package via email to sheila@thinkwy.org . Submitted applications must be copied to all
project directors for the tour and the scholar to be considered complete.
Tour applications may not be submitted in pieces by different hosting or location organizations.
Each hosting organization should be identified numerically by its chronological place in the tour on the host
organization application page. For example the first stop in the tour is Organization 1, the second stop (regardless
of whether it takes place the same or next day or in the same town) is Organization 2 etc.

Our organization agrees to provide promotion for this program crediting the Wyoming Humanities
Council’s ThinkWY Road Scholars tours and provide documentation of all promotion to the Wyoming
Humanities Council. Additionally we will print, distribute to participants and return completed One
Minute Impact Statements to the Wyoming Humanities Council with a completed Project Director
Evaluation form within one week of the date of the event listed on this form.
