Enfuse TM
Registration Terms and Conditions
Enfuse TM is organized by Guidance Software, Inc. (“Guidance Software”) which reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual. To be eligible to participate, you must be
18 years or older. If access is denied by Guidance Software for any reason, entrance payments actually
collected by Guidance Software will be promptly refunded to the participant denied access.
TERMS OF ATTENDENCE
By attending Enfuse, you agree to abide by all generally applicable laws, rules and regulations, including
those established by Guidance Software to govern Enfuse attendance specifically that have either been
provided to you or otherwise made known to you by Guidance Software, including via public notices set
forth at the event location itself.
Guidance Software uses the personal data you provide in this registration for the purpose of
administering your participation in Enfuse. To this end, Guidance Software may disclose your personal
data to third party service providers (e.g., mailing houses and any other providers engaged by Guidance
Software to assist in the administration of Enfuse). Guidance Software may also disclose your personal
data to other Enfuse attendees, but will do so solely in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Except as described herein, Guidance Software will not disclose your personal data to any other third
party without your consent except where required to do so by law.
Guidance Software prohibits the use of cameras and mobile recording devices by participants at all
Enfuse sessions and speaker presentations. Violations of this prohibition or any other prohibition set forth
or referenced herein may result in a participant being asked to leave the event location and revocation of
a participant’s access credentials.
Guidance Software hires professional photographers/videographers to capture images of Enfuse in
compliance with data protection & privacy laws. Guidance Software may edit and use these images for
administrative and promotional activities in the ordinary course of our business.
By attending Enfuse, you acknowledge and agree that (i) your image may be used by Guidance Software
as set forth hereunder; and (ii) other event attendees may capture your image, in photo, video or
streaming formats, which Guidance Software cannot control and for which Guidance Software disclaims
all liability.
The information you provide to Guidance Software may be used by Guidance Software to invite you to
submit materials for future Enfuse conferences. GSI is committed to protecting the security of the
information you provide. You acknowledge that Guidance Software and its affiliates may be using film,
video, recording, and/or photographic equipment at the event. You also hereby acknowledge that by
registering for Enfuse, you grant Guidance Software permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and display
your image and visual likeness for the purpose of advertising, publicity, promotion, or otherwise without
compensation at Guidance Software’s sole discretion. Such rights include the unrestricted right to copy,
revise, distribute, display photographs, images, films, tapes or other recordings (including but not limited
to the Internet).
If during Enfuse you attend a session or program hosted by an exhibitor other than Guidance Software,
you understand and agree that when you present your badge for scanning or when you provide personal
data, that information will go to a non-Guidance Software company and Guidance Software takes no
responsibility for how that company uses your information. You further agree that Guidance Software
may, in order to better understand attendee interests and ensure our services meet attendee needs,
monitor your choices with event participant tracking technology. Guidance Software will use this
information only internally and in compliance with applicable laws.
At Enfuse, you may receive access to Guidance Software and third party licensed content ("Presentation
Materials"). Guidance Software is not liable for the information in the Presentation Materials. You may use
them solely for your own internal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized distribution (via sales,
copying, posting on intranet/internet) is expressly forbidden. Excerpting or quoting is permitted only with
prior written approval from Guidance Software.
