METIS Solutions Awarded Security Support Services Contract to Support the Office of the
Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence

METIS Solutions announced today it has been selected as the prime contractor by the
Washington Headquarters Services to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for
Intelligence with Security Support Services. This five year contract supports the Department by
providing security policy and strategy support for the Defense Department Enterprise.
METIS provides the Security Directorate with specialized and mature technical, administrative,
and policy expertise in DoD and interagency security policies and programs. The team consists
of experts in security policy development, coordination and staffing processes and procedures as
conducted within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Director of National Intelligence (DNI),
Joint Staff and Military Departments. We provide the following specific functions to the Security
Directorate

experience with planning and strategy in the Defense Department to support the Security
Directorate with effective and implantable policy documents.”
