Any vendor selling taxable items is responsible for having and displaying their own valid sales tax
certificate. To apply, call NJ Division of Taxation @ 1-800-323-4400.
 Any vendor with a trailer in excess of 10 ft. or having a box truck, must pay for two spaces.
 All accommodations are the responsibility of the vendor (tables, chairs, electric, etc.)
 No vehicles longer than 30 ft.
 Set up time is from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.
 Holding spaces is not permitted.
 NOT PERMITTED: vendors may not display or sell food or beverages (unless approved by Dead
Mans Curve LLC), any form of armory including but not limited to fireworks, bullets, poppers, guns,
knives, bows, arrows, paintball guns, swords. Additionally, illegally trademarked items and items
deemed by Dead Mans Curve, LLC to be obscene or salacious are prohibited.
 Dead Mans Curve, LLC, Radir Wheels, Inc., Richard Conklin, Audrey Conklin, Mike Como Linda
Como, and Conklin Farms will not be responsible for any damages by fire, wind, acts of God/nature,
theft or any other cause.
 Full refund if show is canceled.
 No pets. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT!!!!
