Instructions for Students
First review Information for the Student online at http://pittsburghbuckeyes.alumni.osu.edu/ prior to applying.
Complete the application in its entirety, and email it to pghbuckeyes@gmail.com. Do not mail application, or send
application directly to the University or Alumni Association.
Provide enough advanced notice and request a transcript from your principal, counselor or teacher to verify the
information in Part II. A sample request letter is available for your use on the website previously mentioned.
Transcripts can be emailed to pghbuckeyes@gmail.com (preferred), or mailed to the following address:

Completed applications and updated transcripts (copies acceptable) must be received by February 5, 2016.
Applications will not be considered complete until transcripts are received. The OSUACP will screen applicants
and interview finalists to select the best prospective student for the scholarships available. If you will be an OSU
varsity scholarship student athlete or plan to “walk on” to a varsity sport, you are not eligible for a club scholarship
award.
