By submitting this application, you are certifying the following:
 You have a current FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) on file with the Office of Financial Aid.
Department tuition scholarships are financial awards for undergraduate dance majors only.
 You are enrolled and in good academic standing. If awarded a scholarship, you must be enrolled each semester
covered by the funding period and remain in good academic standing. Academic probation could mean that your
scholarship tuition is revoked.
 You reapply for the scholarship each year. Department tuition assistance and FAFSA applications are due each
February for the next academic year. Department scholarships are not automatically renewed.
