Lakelands Primary School P&C would like to invite you to
support your local school community.
Lakelands Primary School is proud to announce LAKEFEST 2015, which will be held Saturday
21st November 2015 on the Lakelands Primary School Oval and surrounds. This event aims to
not only be a fundraiser for our local school, but a fantastic community event for everyone to
enjoy. It will include entertainment by local groups, children’s rides and activities, small
business stalls, food trucks as well as exhibits.
We are very proud to be a part of this school community and are excited to be opening the
school’s gates to the wider community. We would be thrilled for you to be a part of this
event. A sponsorship from your company would not only help us to make this event an
enormous success, but also provides a fantastic way for your company to gain exposure in
your local community and generate goodwill among your potential customers.
Our school community has grown rapidly, and now exceeds over 355 families, and with
planning underway, we hope to attract between 3,000 and 5,000 patrons to LAKEFEST. Not
only will you be satisfied that your sponsorship funds are benefiting children in your own
local community, but you will receive tangible benefits that provide real value. With an
extensive marketing campaign planned for LAKEFEST, which includes media opportunities,
roadside banners, posters and flyers, your company will have significant exposure in the
immediate local community.
Your company’s logo will be included in all of the advertising for LAKEFEST. We would also be
privileged to promote your business throughout our school community and our local
community via newsletter, Facebook and word of mouth. A copy of LAKEFEST sponsorship
levels has been enclosed for your consideration.
We are also currently seeking donations in the forms of products or services to be used as
prizes and auction items at LAKEFEST and for future school fundraising activities.
Sponsorships will need to be confirmed by 31st of August 2015 to ensure inclusion in our
marketing materials.

The Gold Sponsorship Package - $2,000
Lakelands Primary School is situated within the Lakelands Private Estate, a fast
growing popular suburb with the final release now selling. LAKEFEST 2015 is a
great opportunity to showcase not only what we can offer new families as a
school but what your business can offer our broader community as a Lifestyle.
We would like our corporate sponsors with vested interest in our estate to
maximize their marketing potential at LAKEFEST, an entertaining community
focused networking event. For a tax deductible donation of $2,000 we would
like to offer you the following:

 Acknowledgement in the School Newsletter distributed to over 355 families
 Company Logo on all event marketing material (posters, flyers and print
advertisements), including text: “LAKEFEST Proudly Sponsored by (Your Company
Name)”
 Premium Location Stall for you to set up your own marketing marquee,
enabling you to be face to face with potential clients
 Master of Ceremony to actively promote your company throughout the day
 Sponsorship Signage positioned at the area the sponsorship funds has
utilized for i.e., Rides & Amusements Proudly Sponsored by (Your Company
Name)
 Certificate of Appreciation to be displayed at your place of business
 Exclusive rights to sponsorship – no other company in your field/industry will
be able to sponsor this event.
 Company signage (provided by you) to be displayed on the external fencing
facing Catalina Drive.
A donation of this magnitude will provide LAKEFEST the necessary support
required to supply the infrastructure that will support the rides, attractions and
publicity costs to ensure large crowds are flowing through the gates all day,
whilst keeping the costs to families affordable and desirable.
Silver sponsorship - $1,000

sponsor’s section.
