An attitude of enthusiastic service is vital to the camp counselor. Counselors should
come to camp looking for ways to serve, interact with the campers, and contribute to an
atmosphere at camp that glorifies God. Counselors are expected to participate fully in
all group activities (orchestra, choir, lunch, Bible study) all day every day of camp,
unless specific exception is granted in advance. Counselors must work respectfully under
the direction and supervision of the camp staff.
