They also integrate seamlessly with the other appliances the Electrolux Inspiration Range, which provides full visual alignment in hobs, ovens, fridges, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. GemLine™ offers a selection of induction and gas modules to match the preferred cooking methods of the most exacting chefs. The grill plate, for example, evenly distributes and retains the heat for perfect grilling. With anti-stick coating, it is easy to clean and silicone parts avoid sliding on the glass ceramic. “The GemLine™ Grill plate is a real premium accessory for induction modules within the Inspiration Range,” says Daniel Arler, VP Product Line - Kitchen of Electrolux EMEA. With the innovative InfiHeat™ thickfilm technology, the Teppan Yaki module guarantees an optimal even heat distribution and is ideal for grilling and pan-frying, enabling the preparation of fresh-tasting and healthy dishes. “Japanese Teppan Yaki is adding a new and delicious style of cooking to consumers’ repertoire,” says Daniel Arler, SVP Product Line Kitchen of Electrolux EMEA. “One can prepare it with confidence, using this purpose-designed Teppan Yaki module, just like a professional chef in Japan.” Intuitive DirectAccess controls on induction modules create a natural interaction between the appliance and the person using it. The cooking level is set with a single touch and fine-tuned with a slider. Premium white LED readouts beneath the glass display the status of the burners at a glance.
