Fabuless Finds Consignment Guidelines www.FabulessFindsConsignment.com Email: FabFindsMI@yahoo.com Phone: 734-479-2922 What We Accept: Women and juniors clothing, sizes 0-3X, handbags, shoes, accessories, and jewelry We do not accept formal wear or suits and we are VERY selective on dresses, skirts, and blazers Quality furniture, home decor, wall art, lamps, rugs, and collectibles We are very selective on dinnerware, glassware, crystal, china, and bedding What We Want: Season appropriate, current style clothing and accessories purchased within the last 2-3 years or newer. Freshly laundered or dry cleaned if necessary. Please check your items carefully before bringing them in: items with spots, rips, pulls, piling or odors will not be accepted. Home décor must be cleaned, dusted, and ready to put on the sales floor. We require a picture of larger furniture items before accepting them on consignment. Items must be brought in laundry baskets or reusable bags, NO GARBAGE BAGS, BOXES OR HANGERS. Approximate Consignment Schedule Spring Clothing: Mid Jan – March 31 Summer Clothing: Mid Apr – July 1 Fall Clothing: July 1 – Mid Oct Winter Clothing: Mid Oct – Mid Dec *We accept seasonal items, such as Halloween and Christmas, 2 months prior to the holiday – Unsold holiday items must be picked up within a week after the holiday, or they will be clearance at 50% off* How It Works: The consignment term is 90 days with a 50/50 split, excluding furniture priced over $150, these items will be set to a 60/40 split (60% to consignor). You will be given 7 days to claim unsold items at the end of the 90 day period. All items left past 7 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Fabuless Finds A annual maintenance fee of $6 will deducted from your account upon the first sale If we feel items will have a better market value on auctions sites, such as eBay, we have the authority to list these items (fees will apply) Buyouts: We consider buyouts on pristine clothing and accessories purchased within the last 12-18 months in the appropriate season. The customer is given 35% of the selling price – cash on the spot. Payments: There is a 7 day hold on all payouts. Payments are made upon request (we suggest checking on your account every 30 days) Cash payouts are issued if the balance is under $30; check payouts are issued if the balance is over $30 Money on account can be used at any time toward a store purchase.
