o Make round with without shift and receive details about patient’s
condition like weakness, bed ridden, old aged patients and post
operative patients. IV procedures and treatment to be done extra.

retained catheters.
o Classify charts according to service and tidy the nurse’s station
o Responsible in given good nursing according to their needs which
include the following.
o Giving of bath and keeping the patients unit clean and tidy especially
those who are ridden having incontinence problems. Giving special
attention to be the post operative psychosis and elderly patients with
dementia problems.
o Giving correct medication and treatment to patients
o Check if medicine are enough for the next shift and make necessary
requisition to the patients.

and maintenance in the departments, NO SMOKING by visitors in
the hospital.
