ENROLLMENT ADVISOR CALL CENTER MANAGER
Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience managing a call center for a health plan, healthcare or in
a service industry. Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience required.
Experience in an HMO, managed care, knowledge in Medi-Cal, Healthy Families,
Healthy Kids, and Medicare Programs preferred. Knowledgeable in call center
software applications and reporting. Ability to implement multiple projects and meet
deadlines. Understanding of and sensitivity to multi-cultural community, strong
organizational skills, high degree of patience, detailed oriented. Excellent written
and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain
effective working relationships with others, ability to supervise and train team
members.
Knowledge/Skills:
Under the direction of the Director of Community Outreach, the Enrollment Advisor
(EA) Call Center Manager is responsible for the oversight and operations of the EA
team (including nine EAs and one Supervisor) that assists families with
applications for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and Healthy Kids. This position will
lead, coach and motivate the EA Team with data-based decision making. Develop
and implement operational practices, interface with internal IEHP departments and
external agency partners, and ensure the EA team delivers service according to
IEHP customer service standards. Identify opportunities for training, quality control,
process improvement, service opportunities and member retention. Bilingual
Spanish/English preferred.
Salary: $67,000 - $95,000
COMMUNICATIONS WRITER - ONLINE
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years experience in online copywriting (web content, ad copy
and landing pages), website content management, SEO, SEM, social media, and
online analytics (preferably Google). Experience in the following industries is
preferred: Hospital, Health Plan, Advertising, Health Care, Publishing, Public
Relations, Government/Grant Writing, Political Campaigns, or other relevant
industry.
Knowledge/Skills:
Under the direction of the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Online
Communications Writer is responsible for writing, updating and managing the IEHP
website content. The position will also provide strategic support for IEHP's online
marketing communications and social media activities. This includes developing and
implementing the online marketing and social media strategies, evaluating and
reporting the campaign's effectiveness. In-depth knowledge and experience in
planning and implementing search engine marketing campaigns (Google Adwords,
Yahoo search advertising, banner advertising, content networks, etc.) is essential for
this position. The Online Communications Writer will work with a team of
Communications Writers and Graphic Designers to provide other marketing,
member and provider communications materials. Must have strong organizational
and project management skills, copywriting, and communication skills. Must have a
high degree of patience, excellent interpersonal/communication skills and sensitivity
to a multi-cultural environment and community. This position requires a flexible
schedule for occasional evening/weekend postings on social media, as necessary.
Salary: $55,500 - $78,408
COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER SUPERVISOR
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid California driver's license and valid insurance
required. Three (3) to five (5) years experience in the following:
Supervision/Management, Managed Care/IPA/Clinic Setting, Member and
Community Outreach, Experience working with State Health Programs. Experience
with Community Center's is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills:
The Community Resource Center Supervisor is primarily responsible for the support
in supervising, coordinating and implementing the Community Resource Center,
which provides hands-on leadership and oversight of day-to-day services and
operations of the Center. Center services include, but are not limited to, health
education and health management classes, workshops and health screenings as
well as information regarding access to care. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to make clear
presentations. Excellent computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Applications.
Must have organizational skills, data input and a high degree of patience and strong
problem solving capabilities. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and
sensitivity to a multi-cultural environment. Knowledge and familiarity with community
resources available in both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Must be able to
lift 40 lbs. Field work with 25% local travel.
Salary: $46,625 - $63,000
SPANISH EDITOR - (MARKETING & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT)
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Three (3) to five (5) years
experience in writing, editing and translating Spanish materials and project
management. Certified Spanish translation credential is required. Experience in
writing, editing and translation to audiences that speak Mexican-Spanish preferred.
Experience in the health plan or hospital setting is preferred. All candidates will be
required to take a Spanish written test.
Knowledge/Skills:
Under the direction of the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Spanish
Editor is responsible for mostly editing and reviewing (90%) with some writing and
translation (10%) of Spanish materials. These materials include, but are not limited
to: member communications, advertising collateral and digital content. Provide
training and support for company-wide member specific communications. Project
management includes working with the Communications team, internal clients, and
outside translation vendors. Must be proficient in speaking, writing and reading
Spanish. Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment and
managing a high project volume. Culture competency and sensitivity required.
Must have project management and organizational skills; work in a team
environment; attention to detail; and sensitivity to a multi-cultural environment and
community. Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and MS Office applications,
including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
Salary: $55,548 - $78,408
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - (MARKETING & PRODUCT
MANAGEMENT)
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Radio-TV Film, communications, video production and/or
completion of a certificate program in television production from an accredited
technical institute. Minimum of five (5) years experience in developing and
managing professional video production and demonstrating competence in all
areas of video and audio production. Demonstrated experience in developing and
imaging digital and online communications programs including email, text
messaging, mobile apps., web content, and social media.
Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of professional video/audio production procedures, practices, and
terminology; studio production with multi-camera shooting; principles of digital
video capture. Demonstrated skills in all production phrases (pre-production and
post-production) and professional video and audio equipment operations. Must
embrace new video techniques and strategies. Must have cross-functional
leadership skills and abilities. Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience
in program software (Adobe Creative Suite video editing software, Priemere,
AfterEffects, etc.).
Salary: $67,000 - $95,000
