For Poster Presentations
Abstracts due February 22, 2016
Abstract Guidelines
1. One page, 8 ½” by 11”, single spaced, using Arial, font size 11, no bold type, with margins of 1” on all
sides.
2. The page heading should include: Title of the poster, the authors’ names, credentials, organization
affiliation, city; phone number and e-mail of 1st author.
3. Under the heading, identify submission for poster presentation. Research or projects presented must be
completed by the conference date, preliminary or to-date findings accepted for posters.
4. Include labeled sections, as applicable to the work.
 Background or Significance
 Purpose of the project or study
 Literature review, or current evidence, or conceptual framework, if applicable
 Description of Sample or Population
 Setting
 Results or Outcomes
 Conclusions and Implications

Assure that document protections and all mark-ups are off when the abstract is submitted.
6. Submit the abstract along with a completed Bio/Conflict of Interest form*, via e-mail no later than
February 21, 2015. Abstracts without BIO/COI forms cannot be considered for presentation.
