Introduction
This is the normal text format. Use style sheets contained in this Word file. Use British
spelling. Cite references like this [1], this [3,6] or this [13-15]. For data please insert a
blank between value and unit, for example 5 kg, 3 %, 12.3 µg/kg, 75 °C. Cite tables in
the text as Tab. 1 or in parentheses (Tab. 1). Same for figures, i.e. Fig. 2 and (Fig. 2).
Give relative molecular weight as dimensionless figure, e.g. 30,000 or 30 k. Use SI
units and multiples of them. Mass is g (gram), distance is m (metre), time is s (second),
min (minute), h (hour), d (day). Please give aim of the study at the end of the
introduction.

Sub-section (if necessary)
Protein contents were analysed using a Dumas combustion method (Vario MAX CN,
Germany) with N x 6.25.

Conclusions
What is the relevance of the results that were obtained? How can the results be used in
further studies? Rather critically evaluate results than repeating them! Use British
spelling.

References should be formatted as in the following examples. Up to three authors are
given by names. If there are more than three authors please use et al. after the third
author. Reference (1.) is an example for citation of a journal, reference (2.) for citation
