I. Program Objectives
 To have a balanced development morally, mentally as well as
physically and a spirit of innovation.
 To have a solid and fundamental knowledge of biological sciences
and to be familiar with and skillful in applying the basic theories
and skills in the fields of crop production, crop genetic breeding
and plant protection.
 To be able to implement professional knowledge in future career
after graduation, involving in technical designing, extension &
development, operation & management, teaching & research in
the field of plant production and genetic breeding.
 To be practical and versatile professionals in the field of plant
production with a broad international vision and an enhanced
ability for international academic exchange and cooperation.

III. Application Requirements
1. English proficiency requirements
 For English speakers: No requirements.
 For non-English speakers: IELTS not less than 6.0, or TOEFL
(Internet-based) not less than 80
2. Requirement for degree/study background
High school graduate with GPA not less than 3.0.
3. Materials to be submitted
For English speakers:
 Photocopies of high school diploma and transcript. Such
documents in languages other than English must be attached with
notarized copies in Chinese or English.
For non-English speakers:
 Photocopies of high school diploma and transcript. Such
documents in languages other than English must be attached with
notarized copies in Chinese or English.
 Photocopy of IELTS or TOEFL certificate.
