Invitation for Roche User Group Meeting 2015

We are delighted to invite you to attend the Roche User Group Meeting between 22nd – 28th
March 2015 at Millennium Hotel and Resort, Manuels Taupo.
Roche will provide and cover your transportation, meal & accommodation expenses to attend
the meeting. Any other expenses in connection with or during the event shall be your
responsibility unless and to the extent Roche expressly agreed in advance in writing to
reimburse such expenses and only if Roche is provided with original receipts for such
expenses.
With your acceptance of this invitation you confirm that it is in compliance with applicable
laws and standards, and that you are not aware of any conflict of interest which would
prevent you from accepting this invite. You agree that your employer has been properly
informed about this invitation and approved it.

sponsorship in an internal register and reserves its right to disclose information regarding
sponsorships, including the amount or value, the recipient, the purpose and the date of the
support, where and when Roche deems appropriate.
