The meeting opened at 6:30 p.m.
Mary Anne Ryan made a motion to accept the September minutes as read. Jamie White seconds the
motion. All were in favor.
Jamie White made a motion to approve the update to the Inlet Common School District Assessment
Plan. Mary Anne Ryan seconds the motion. All were in favor.
Mary Anne Ryan made a motion to approve sending Ashley Heroux to Effective Teaching presented by
APL Associates at Jefferson-Lewis BOCES on 12/7, 12/8, 1/8, 2/4, and 2/5. The cost is at least $ 1,250.00
Jamie White seconds the motion. All were in favor.
Bryan Fairbrother was here for the Superintendent’s Conference Day and worked with the SLO (Student
Learning Objective). They also went over AIS requirements.
APPR update-Chris has filed it and waiting on approval from NYS.
The Technology Survey Update was approved by NYSED on 10/5/15. Deb Daiker was responsible for this
update.
Jamie White made a motion to approve the purchase of CCLS (ELA & Math) practice assessments for
grades 2-6 at a cost of $ 627.20. Mary Anne Ryan seconds the motion. All were in favor.
We are currently having an Audit with the NYS Comptroller office.
During the 2014-2015 school year audit an error was found that a teacher was paid $ 500.00 less than
was on the memorandum of understanding dated January 8, 2014. The letter of intent dated August 21,
2014 had an incorrect salary. Jamie White made a motion to approve the reimbursement to the
teacher. Mary Anne Ryan seconds the motion.
Mary Anne Ryan made a motion to approve the federal mileage reimbursement rate at $ .575 per mile.
We will also check the rate in January and change as necessary. Jamie White seconds the motion. All
were in favor.
