The Data Controller is Ashford Leisure Trust. The data provided to Ashford Leisure Trust
will be used to perform its obligations for recording and monitoring the talented athlete
programme and to report to associated partners. The data provided will also be used for
improving the service delivery for the programme. Ashford Leisure Trust aims to provide
equitable provision of services for all. For selection purposes athlete data may be passed on to
the relevant National Governing Body of sport and funding partners.
