Dear Mr Curtin,
Please find enclosed a copy of correspondence forwarded to me by the Northants Residents
Alliance dated 8th August 2007 from Roger Ashford, then the Environment Agency’s Area
Planning & Corporate Services Manager.
In the letter, Mr Ashford makes reference to the Environment Agency’s Medium Term Plan
for improvement works to Wootton Brook in 2012-2014. I should be grateful if the
Environment Agency could provide me with an update on the implementation of these plans,
including a copy of the latest Flood Map for the area and whether Wootton now falls within
Defra’s range of Indicative Standards of Protection for the land use at risk.
