Greek Gods and Heroes Project
The stories of the Greek myths are all that remain of an ancient religion. The gods and
goddesses of stories and myths represent the ancient Greek religion used to make sense of
the world around them and of life in general.
Your Task: Research a Greek god, goddess or hero. I have a list provided. Sign up is first come first serve.
You will create a life size image, power point presentation or a mask of your god/hero along with an Info Poster
for your selected character. Your power point, mask or life size image must be created by you.
Your info poster must include, in your own words:






Family relationships

Symbol(s) – this could be several items, including tools, animals, and/or cities.
We will present our masks and information on _____________________________________
Resources: You must get information from at least three different sources. Though I will not require a formal
bibliography, please attach a list of sources you used (visit our library, classroom collection or my website).
