Billing Policy
Returnable reel deposits will be invoiced at time of shipment. Cash discounts and rebates do
not apply to reel deposits. Returnable reel deposits will be subject to HST / GST.
Reel Deposit Refund Policy
The deposit paid on the reel at time of shipment will be refunded less 7% when the reel is returned
to a Northern Cables depot. If you would like your company’s debit memo to be referenced on the
credit, please email accounting@northerncables.com For subject enter “Reel Return”, attach a copy
of your debit memo or in the body of the email indicate debit memo number, number of reels and return
date.
Return Date
Reels for which a deposit was paid must be returned within 2 years from the date of the shipment.
No refund will be provided for reels returned after 2 years.
Return Transportation
Reels must be returned to one of Northern Cables depots prepaid. Special arrangements for
Pick up may be available by your local Depot and should be negotiated directly with
them. Returned Reels must be accompanied by a packing list and bill of lading.
