Attorney to “MEGASERT servis SE” LLC.
Product characteristics: titanium coagulant, designed for clarifying and improving organoleptic and
chemical properties of water by purifying drinking and household water, municipal water, boiler water,
treating feed and process water for heat and power stations, natural waters, as well as industrial and
municipal wastewater.
The effect of titanium coagulant is based on coagulation of dispersed particles by means of adsorption and
subsequent removal of compounds and emulsion with non-water-soluble sediment.
Reports considered: Test Report No. 695/695-ПТ dated 12.12.2013 following Titanium Coagulant tests
carried out by Testing Centre of Orekhovo-Zuyevo branch of the Federal Budgetary Institution “Centre of
Standardization and Metrology of Moscow Oblast” (Accreditation Certificate No. РОСС
RU.0001.21ПТ43. Accreditation Certificate registration number ГСЭН.RU.ЦОА.023.554).
PRODUCT HYGIENIC CHARACTERISTICS
According to Report no. 695/695-ПТ dated 12.12.2013 samples of the product were put through tests for
conformity of its safety parameters to the Unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements to
goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control), Chapter II. Section 3, “Requirements
to materials, reagents, equipment used for water purification and treatment” Section 3, Appendix 3.1 (Table
1 (Clause 6..8)), Appendix 3.2 (Table 1, 2). The tests were carried out in the Testing Centre of OrekhovoZuyevo branch of the Federal Budgetary Institution “Centre of Standardization and Metrology of Moscow
Oblast”.

The tests of titanium coagulant samples have shown no departures from the Unified sanitaryepidemiological and hygienic requirements to goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance
(control), established by decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 299 dated 28.05.2010 (Chapter
II. Section 3, “Requirements to materials, reagents, equipment used for water purification and treatment”
Section 3, Appendix 3.1 (Table 1 (Clause 6..8)), Appendix 3.2 (Table 1, 2)).
The product testing report contains information on testing conditions and methods, and data obtained. The
tests were carried out by an accredited and licensed organization in full accordance with the requirements
set in the regulatory and procedural documents, the test results being duly registered and appropriate for
hygienic assessment.
Application field: for clarifying and improving organoleptic and chemical properties of water by purifying
drinking and household water, municipal water, boiler water, treating feed and process water for heat and
power stations, natural waters, as well as industrial and municipal wastewater.
Security measures and conditions of application, storage, and transportation: In accordance with the
manufacturer’s recommendations.
Tag information: In accordance with the Unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements to
goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control).
CONCLUSION
The expert evaluation was carried out in accordance with the current Unified sanitary-epidemiological and
hygienic requirements to goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) based on
methods approved in due order.
Product: Titanium coagulant conforms (does not conform) to the Unified sanitary-epidemiological and
hygienic requirements to goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control), established
by the decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 299 dated 28.05.2010 (Chapter II. Section 3,

This Expert report has been issued for the purpose of verifying conformity to the Unified sanitaryepidemiological and hygienic requirements to goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological
surveillance (control), established by the decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 299 dated
28.05.2010.
