This contract concerns the conditions and agreements to the Stud Service as

OWNER OF BITCH
1. Will provide the STUD OWNER a picture, pedigree, copy of clear eye certificate
and a copy of KC Registration Certificate. If a pedigree or mixed breed a letter for
request to use said stud will be needed from Treatsntreat (Mrs Teresa Waight)
2. Will notify the STUD OWNER of the expected time of season.
3. Guarantees the bitch will not be exposed to any other breed able male at ANY
TIMEduring estrous cycle.
4. Shall pay all STUD, VETERINARIAN and SHIPPING/TRAVEL fee.
5. Guarantees that NO PROGENT OF THIS BREEDING SHALL BE SOLD, GIVEN,
OR TRANSFERRED IN ANY MANNER TO PET SHOPS OR TO PERSONS
CONTEMPLATING BREEDING FOR SALE TO COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTORS OF
GUARD DOG BUSINESSES, NOR BE WARDED AS PRIZES IN RAFFLES OR
CONTESTS.
OWNER OF STUD DOG
1. Reserves the right to refuse stud service if the bitch:
A. does not have the necessary health checks
B. Is not sound in temperament and/or conformation
C. Appears unhealthy, obese or in poor condition
2. Will be granted the right to see and examine the bitch to assure the pregnancy
Condition.
3. Will be granted the right to see examine and photograph all puppies produced
By this mating before signing any Kennel Club Litter Registration Application.
4. WILL NOT be obligated to sign the KC Litter Registration Application until and
unless
the stud fee has been paid in full.

A. Payment due in full at time of service
a.1. Stud fee is projected price of the highest priced puppy from this litter at a
minimum of £750.00. If puppies are sold for more than the paid stud fee the
difference is to be paid to stud owner within fourteen days of sale of first
puppy.
OR
Pick of the litter:
a.2 Stud dog owner reserves the right for pick of the litter (after the dams owner).
Stud fee as above is due upon declination of homing of puppy.
a.3. Must be housed and given veterinary care by the owner of the bitch.
1. Two matings shall be performed 24-48 hours apart unless both parties agree
differently.
2. A guarantee of actual mating (and “tie”) ONLY is made. Not of pregnancy, nor of
puppies dead.
3. STUD OWNER will not be responsible for loss or injury sustained while the bitch
Is in possession other than through neglect or lack of reasonable care.
4. REPEAT SERVICE shall be granted at no charge on the next consecutive season
to the bitch if she fails to whelp at least 2 living puppies as a result of the mating.
The TERMS of REPEAT SERVICE are:
4.1. BITCH OWNER notifies STUD OWNER of said failure within 5 days of actual
whelp, or projected whelping date.
4.2. Ownership of bitch has not been transferred prior to next consecutive season.
4.3. Complimentary service is NOT transferable to any other bitch.
By affixing their signatures below, Stud and Bitch Owner attest that they have read,
Understood agreed to all terms of this contract and that it is a legally binding
agreement.
For this document to be binding, the signatures of both parties are required.
