Stud Owner:
--Agrees to sign the application for registration of litter ONLY AFTER the stud fee has been paid in full.
--If no stud fee was paid before mating and puppy/puppies are to be picked in-lieu of payment, stud dog owner will choose pick puppy/puppies by the sixth 6 th week after birth.
--Guarantees that the stud is potent, and that the mating was achieved on the above dates.
--will provide bitch owner with the following before mating takes place:
--Photocopy of males AKC registration papers
--three generation pedigree of male
--Will have or arrange for a veterinarian to examine the female if verification of pregnancy is requested. Bitch owner is responsible for all expenses incurred for examination.
--Agrees to take normal adequate care of bitch while in our charge, and return bitch to owner in good physical condition.
--Will provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results from the mating, at no extra charge. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner reserves the right to offer a different stud to the bitch owner.

--Is to pay the agreed stud service fee before the bitch is serviced.
--If no stud fee was paid before mating and puppy/puppies are to be picked in-lieu of payment, bitch owner will not sell or remove any puppy from the litter until stud dog owner has chosen pick puppy/puppies.
--Stud dog owner has full right to choose name(s) for puppy/puppies
--Will provide the stud dog owner with the following before mating takes place:
--Photocopy of females AKC registration paper
--Three generation pedigree of female
--Must notify stud dog owner, in writing no later than 70 days after mating, if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result n no return stud service being provided.
--Is responsible for any and all veterinary and financial arrangement, including but not limited to, traveling expenses, emergency vet care, and ect.
--Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs.
--Releases dog owner and Keefer Cockers & Boxers from any and all liabilities and/or damages to bitch while in the care of Keefer Cockers &

Other Conditions:
--One puppy born alive or dead constitutes a litter. Hoever if only one puppy results from this mating, a return service will be provided at no charge to this same bitch at her next heat, or within on year, provided all conditions of this contract have been met.
--If the bitch fails to conceive on the return service, this contract is terminated permanently.
--A different female may be allowed, at the discretion of the stud owner, if this female becomes unbreedable.
--There will be no cash refund for any reason.
