Parents will receive information at Title 1 “parent meetings” and parentteacher conferences. Communication between teacher and parents on an on-going basis about child’s achievement, progress reports or opportunities to volunteer. Explain your school process. The Title 1 teachers will communicate students’ progress via information sent home bi monthly. To include but not limited to leveled reading books, running records, DRA, READ 3D, and Records of Progress. The Title 1 teachers/classroom teachers will maintain Weebly sites to inform families about progress and events that allow involvement and volunteer opportunities. The Title 1 teachers will arrange availability before and after school to hold meetings with parents, in addition to regularly scheduled conferences. If a parent is unable to meet before or after school, a time will be scheduled to meet with the parents.
