Agenda topic WCPC Blog | Presenter Hevylla Terlau, Vice-President
Discussion The WCPC blog is open to all members to post anything that they feel is related to the Psychology
major, interests, and any other topic that you wish to blog. We encourage you to take advantage of the blogging
opportunity that is available.
Conclusion No members had questions, we will continue to encourage members to be active on this site.
Agenda topic Psi Chi | Presenter Angel Bingham, President
Discussion A history of Psi Chi was presented, requirements, WC Psi Chi was approved September 9th, 2014. The
charter members and officers have been elected, inductions for these member will be October 24th, 2014 at 7pm, and
all WCPC members are invited to attend. In the upcoming next months the membership will be open to both new
member and alumni.
Conclusion Formal invitation to charter member inductions will be sent out, more information to follow on future
inductions into this exciting new Psi Chi Chapter. No member questions.
Agenda topic Interviews | Presenter Colleen Schafer, Secretary
Discussion We will be reaching out to employers to get your questions answered. Email Colleen Schafer
(cmm38@psu.edu) with questions you would like us to ask employers. We want to help you be able to market
yourself and get the jobs you’re interviewing for. We want to know what kind of employers you would be
interested in hearing from. Currently a Family Based Program Director located here in PA is lined up to provide an
interview.
Suggested interests: BCBA, Psychologist, Forensic Psychology, Neuroscience, Medical Field, Addiction, Graduate
programs
Conclusion Members will email Colleen (cmm38@psu.edu) with their questions. No questions from members.
Agenda topic Design Contest | Presenter Colleen Schafer, Secretary
Discussion There are very strict guidelines in the use of the Penn State logos, designs are open to whatever you
want to create, however the winning designs would have to be ran through marketing to make sure all guidelines
are met. To meet these guidelines there may have to be alterations to the design.
Member Questions: Can family members create the designs? A: Yes, we are not restricting who can create the
designs for the members.
Conclusion There is several interested in submitting designs for a WCPC 2014-2015 memorabilia.

Agenda topic Open Floor | Presenter All WCPC officers
Discussion Beth wants to express her gratitude in how the officers have be running the club this far. She really
enjoys the open communications between members.
Discussion Cody, Web Coordinator would like to have pictures emailed to him or added by members to blog.
Discussion Research Opportunities for World Campus students to be added to blog.
Discussion Tips for Success can include in classes, papers, and World Campus in general.
Discussion Colleen, Secretary, reminds member that even though ANGEL will not be used as the main area for
general discussions, in order to receive emails in regards to the club you must join the WCPC group. (My groups >
find a group > World Campus Psychology Club > enroll)
