To ensure the further development of the strategy and secure crucial stakeholder involvement it is proposed to: 1. Emphasize that the implementation of the strategy is founded on the existing efforts at the local and regional level and that trilateral efforts will focus on developing overall key messages and common guidelines for communication and marketing. Efforts at the Trilateral level can furthermore serve as a hub for compilation of lessons learnt, TG-STS 10/4-2 Outcome Danish Workshop on STS (19.09.2013) page 3 exchange of ideas and possible joint projects. General issues such as training of front desk personnel, quality standards, transport, planning of local/regional meetings etc. should be left at the local, regional and national level. 2. The interpretation of “sustainability” should be made more clear and tangible. 3. The report should be made considerably clearer and shorter in a language of the tourism sector. 4. The Action Plan should not be a formal part of the strategy to be signed at the Ministerial Conference.
