Allele/Genotype Research Team is conducting research into
allele frequency in the population of students here at SWCTA.
You have been randomly selected as a potential subject for this
research. Would you be willing to participate in this scientific
research study? If YES, please read on. If NO, thank you for
your consideration.
This research simply involves your carrying out a
hand-folding action. I then observe your hand folding and
record my observations about the way you fold your hands.
There should be no danger to you in this research. It will take
just a minute of time or less.
If you wish, the results of this research will be provided
to you in appreciation for your participation. For this, you must
sign the form below acknowledging your willingness to
participate. However, participation does not require signature.
