Square, London, W1T 6AQ from 10am. Please send in your registration forms to the
Treasurer if you have not already done so.

Election of Chair
Nomination requires the signatures of at least three members of FCI and they should be
received by the Secretary no later than 7 days before the AGM - that is 26 September 2015,
by email to rectornorthhartismere@gmail.com or by post to Revd Adrian Watkins, The
Rectory, Oakley Church Lane, Oakley, Diss, IP21 4BW.
Election of Treasurer & Election of Editor of Pilgrim Magazine
Nominations by members are to be made in the same way as indicated above for the
Election of Treasurer.
Any Other Business
If any member has any item for Any Other Business, this is to be sent to the Secretary no
later than 7 days before the AGM (by 26 September 2015).
