7th Grade End of Year Activity!
This is the information letter you have been waiting for, so read it carefully. If you have any questions ask
Mr. Shuman or Mrs. Visness.
Date: Thursday, May, 28, 2015
Time: Report to 1st period for attendance, review expectations, etc…
Activity: Hawaiian Falls (9am – 3pm)
Ticket Price: $30 (cash or money order only NO CHECKS) exact amount please.
Lunch: – Hot Dog, Chips, Cookie and Drink included in ticket price.
Dress Code: While not swimming student must be in dress code. Students will be shown a powerpoint
for bathing suit expectations (Girls – No string straps on bathing suits, Boys – No Speedos). If you have a
question about a swimsuit please have Mr. Shuman check it prior to May 28. Hats will be allowed
outside.
Money & Permission slips will be due NO later than May 8th! Tickets will go on sale Monday April
27th - May 8th, before school in the Art Room. YOU MUST have the permission slip completed with
your money in order to reserve a ticket.
Requirements for you to attend: Your behavior impacts your participation starting in January
1. NO more than one ISS and NO suspensions after March 2, 2015.
2. NO Opportunity Center placement for 2014-2015 school year.
3. Excessive absences, excused or unexcused may prevent you from going.
4. Must pay all library & cafeteria fines. Return all books. Clear all financial obligations
to PCMS.
5. We reserve the right to deny anyone eligibility to participate in the 7th grade End of
Year Activity based on behavior.
6. Bring your cash or money order & permission form signed by parent/guardian starting
Monday April 27th - May 8th
Please be sure to understand there will be no refunds for any reason. If you pay and then are excluded
for any reason, including due to your own behavior, you will not get a refund.
