6M PARENTS TO LUNCH - Wednesday 9th March

Dear Parents,
Our school dinner menu is very popular with both children and staff, and on some days the
number of children who have a school dinner exceeds 250! As well as choosing their own main
course and dessert, the children can also select additional fresh vegetables from the salad cart
as well as fresh bread and either chilled water or squash. This ensures that we meet the
Government’s recommended nutritional standards.
We would like to invite you to come and have a school lunch with your child and their class on
Wednesday 9th March 2016. This will give you the opportunity to sample our tasty menu as well
as experience lunch time at our school. Even if your child ordinarily brings a packed lunch we
would still like to invite you to sample our tasty menu. You are asked to select either the meat or
vegetarian option in advance so that we can ensure there is ample food on the day. The cost of a
main course plus a dessert is £3.50. Payment should be made via your child's Parentpay
account.
If you would like a lunch please complete below to indicate your preference by Wednesday 2nd
March 2016. In order for us to ensure that there is ample food on the day it is essential that
you reply and make the payment by the due date.

On the day of your lunch, please arrive at the School Office by 12.20pm.
