Purpose of Job: The CoolTrade Tourist Walks ‘Southwark’s Hidden Stories’ covers mental health promotion, history, story telling, performance/live art. Using established and new research to create CoolTrade Tourist Walks Lead, inspire and manage the volunteers, participants and partners ensuring effective teamwork and communication to deliver of the project aims, targets and outcomes. Liaise as and when is required with internal and with external agencies and individuals to deliver the required outcomes of specific projects. Run 1 x 2 hour tourist walk each week (except in first month of establishing the programme); 2 hour Volunteer meeting per week ; 6 hours research planning and piloting walks per week. 1 x 8 hours preparation for launch event per year.
