Ms. Ana Madani
Professor
University of Cincinnati
3225 Eden Avenue
Cincinnati, OH 45267
Dear Professor Madani:
While looking through the University of Cincinnati Job Update, I noticed that you have a position
opened for an Associate To (position # 27CM2657) in the Office of the President. I am very
interested in advancing my career here at the university, and this position would be a great fit for
me.
As you can see from my attached resume, I started working at University Hospital in 1994 and
after the hospital became private in 1997, I started working in the Continuing Medical Education
office at the University of Cincinnati. I received my Associate Degree in 2008 in Administrative
Information Technology – Executive, and I am currently working on my Bachelor Degree in
Applied Administration. I expect to graduate in August of 2014. The managerial course work and
my past work experience has prepared me for your Associate To position.
I would be happy to discuss my qualifications further in an interview at your earliest convenience.
Please telephone me at 513-555-1234 or you can reach me by e-mail at levikl@uc.edu.
Sincerely,
Kathryn L. Levi
