Follow the formats and instructions below. A. Personal Statement I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. I am board-certified in endocrinology and metabolism and internal medicine. Clinically, I care for patients with a broad range of endocrine conditions, ranging from diabetes mellitus, to less common endocrine disorders, such as pituitary tumors. My research focus, sponsored by an NIH T32 research training grant, is on understanding the development of pituitary tumors. I am exploring the role that adult pituitary stem cells may play in the development of pituitary tumors. In addition, I am currently involved in a clinical study to determine the prevalence of anterior pituitary dysfunction in individuals with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. B.
