Visit to archaeological site of Vergina

The site contains the ruins of the Macedonian kingdom royal family's
summer palace, where, in later years, Philip II was assassinated and
buried. Buses will depart from Porto Palace at 08:30 heading to
Vergina. Price of participation includes transfer from the conference
site to the Tomb of Vergina and a 90 min guided tour to the site and
museum. Entrance ticket to museum is not included.

harbor of Thessaloniki on Wednesday 18 September, at 21.00.

Ouranoupolis-Cruise of Mount Athos

Cruise departs from Ouranoupolis and the monasteries' tour-guiding
takes place in high proximity to the coast-line. It lasts about 3 hours and
guidance is given in three languages. Buses will depart from Porto
Palace at 08:30 heading to Ouranoupolis. After the cruise a free time of
around 2 h will be allowed in Ouranoupolis. Price of participation
includes transfer from the conference site to Ouranoupolis and the
guided cruise of Mount Athos monasteries.
