Heritage (General) Amendment (Fees) Regulations
2014
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Heritage (General) Regulations 2005 to provide
that fees are expressed in fee units rather than
monetary amounts.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 185 of
the Heritage Act 1995.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 November 2014.

4 Fee for certificate as to protection of a place or
object
In regulation 6 of the Heritage (General)
Regulations 20051, for "$25" substitute "2 fee
units".
5 Fee for permit to carry out works or activities in
relation to registered place or object
For the table at the foot of regulation 11(1) of the
Heritage (General) Regulations 2005 substitute—

Regulations 2005, for "$110" substitute "8 fee
units".

8 Fee for consent to undertake activities with respect
to archaeological relics
For the table at the foot of regulation 18(1) of the
Heritage (General) Regulations 2005 substitute—
