Using computer paper or a piece of small construction paper, create a tri-fold brochure with the information you have researched about your disease/parasite.

Tri-fold brochure format

 Name of disease/parasite/illness

 Your name and class period

Middle:

 Include the following 3 headings and detailed information about each one on the inside of your brochure. (bulleted lists may be included)

 History/Causes/Transmission

 Symptoms

Prevention/Treatment/Cures

 ***HIGHLIGHT*** VOCABULARY WORDS USED IN YOUR BROCHURE (You need to include 5 of the essential vocabulary words from above and use them in the correct context.)

 List and define the vocabulary words used in the brochure.

When? o How has the disease/parasite/illness impacted or effected society? o What research has been done on this disease/parasite/illness? o What population of people are more likely to get the disease/parasite/illness? (younger/older, males/females, other)
